Cancellations,Refunds & Exchange Policy

◘ Cancellation Policy:We believe in giving smooth customer service.However,If unfortunately you choose to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours of the order placed. Please drop a mail at vidulashashank.amoyaah@gmail.com or contact/whastapp at +91-9930122306. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

◘ Exchange Policy: Once the orders are dispatched then there will be no cancellation, but replacement, replacement will be only in case where damaged/defective products are received by customer or in event of wrong order being dispatched to the customer. In such case email us the photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving the order at vidulashashank.amoyaah@gmail.com

◘ Refund Policy: For a cancelled order (cancelled order within 24 hours of placing order as specified earlier), entire refund will be credited back to the buyer within 6-7 working days of initiating the refund. The refunded amount will be credited back via the same mode of transaction, as placing the order.

◘ Additionally, If you received the product in a bad condition or if the packing is tampered with or damaged before delivery,please refuse to accept the package and return the same to the delivery person.Also contact us on +91-9930122306 or mail us at vidulashashank.amoyaah@gmail.com mentioning your order ID.In such case the product will be replaced or exchanged with the same or similar available option.

◘ Please ensure the original product packing,all the tags and other contents are intact when you send us the product back.No replacement if the returned products are without original packing,accessories,contents ,bar codes,labels,manuals that originally included at the time of delivery.

 ◘ Handloom Fabrics, hand embroidered fabrics as well as handcrafted art jewellery may have minor colour spills, misprints, minimal weaving, embroidery and crafting irregularities proving their authenticity and handmade nature, they are not termed as defects or flaws, handloom fabrics bleed out excess colour in their initial washes. This fact is recognized by the Crafts Council of India. Hence, any product will not be exchanged nor replaced due to these reasons.
