◘ Amoyaah® is a registered trademark for Paintings and Artworks,Fabrics,Jewellery,Handmade Soaps & Lip Balms.Reproduction of the same or unauthorized usage of the brand name - AMOYAAH ,it's photos,data from the social media,content affiliated with the brand including social media posts,social media photos,social media hashtags with the registered brand name Amoyaah or any other unauthorized data will be subject to legal action.

◘ All the photos, graphics,contents and data used on the website belong to AMOYAAH, the same may not be used for unlawful ,unauthorized means and purposes.

Terms & Conditions related to the Products:

  ◘ Handloom Fabrics, hand embroidered fabrics as well as handcrafted art jewellery may have minor colour spills, misprints, minimal weaving, embroidery and crafting irregularities proving their authenticity and handmade nature, they are not termed as defects or flaws, handloom fabrics bleed out excess colour in their initial washes. This fact is recognized by the Crafts Council of India. Hence, any product will not be exchanged nor replaced due to these reasons. 

◘Product will not be exchanged nor replaced for reasons like Colour disapproval and Fabric Texture disapproval.

◘Product will be replaced or exchanged only in case of defective product recieved  by the customer at the time of delivery.In such case the customer need to call us at +91-9930122306 or immediately mail us at vidulashashank.amoyaah@gmail.com with the product photo,we will ensure you get a refund or exchange for the product.

◘Reproduction,Resale of products purchased at AMOYAAH will be subject to legal action.

◘We provide no warranty for Art Jewellery & Accessories.

◘For all fabrics First wash has to be DRY CLEAN only.Handloom Fabrics tend to bleed out excess colour in initial washes.No Colour Guarantee for fabrics.

◘ Colors: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
