Update on the COVID-19 Situation : We have resumed worldwide shipping except containment zones and are ensuring our level best to hygienically pack and safely deliver your orders.Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.Due to government restrictions the order will be delivered within 6-10 working days within India and;within at-least 20 - 25 days for international orders after the dispatch based on your location.However,please note that due to Corona outbreak all the deliveries are getting delayed.Therefore,please bear with us in case of an unprecedented delay as the delivery timelines due to the pandemic are not under our control.
- If for any reason due to location/shipping regulation constraints in this pandemic situation, we are not able to ship your order - then we shall inform the customers about the same and they would have option to cancel the order and get a 100% refund.

- NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES until the COVID situation gets normal.
- NO same day/urgent deliveries.
- Our products will be packed and shipped in a secure tamper proof packaging. In case you find the package to be tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
Shipping within India
- We are currently shipping within India & internationally.
- Within India,we charge a standard minimal shipping rate of Rs.100 on each Saree/Dress Materials & Fabrics.
- All other products like Art Jewellery,Handmade Soaps,Lip Balms,Fabrics other than sarees will be charged with shipping rate on the basis of total weight of the purchases made.Eg.A minimal amount of Rs.85 is charged for purchases upto 250 gms.,Rs.95 upto 500 gms. and the charges increase further as the actual weight of the total purchases increase and so on.
- The orders are dispatched within 2 business days and products are delivered within 4-7 business days depending on the delivery location.
- No orders will be dispatched on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays) or Public Holidays.
- All the orders will be shipped either by DTDC/The Professional Couriers/Overnite Express Limited and a tracking number will be provided for the same. For those locations not serviced by the Courier companies mentioned earlier,in that case orders will be sent by Registered Indian Postal Service.
International Shipping
- International Shipping is available.
- Orders will be dispatched via DTDC or Fedex.
- However, if you wish to place an order internationally that is to be delivered out of India,please do get in touch with us at vidulashashank.amoyaah@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +91-9930122306 and we could assist you with the shipping charges as per your country and pin code.
- Any taxes, custom duties charged at the time of import into your country will be applicable as per your country’s laws and are customer's responsibility.
